Built In-House, Tested Before It Ships
Every panel is designed and fabricated at our own facility — not outsourced — so we control quality, lead time and component sourcing end-to-end, and factory-test each panel before it ever reaches site.
- PCC, MCC, APFC & custom panels
- In-house fabrication & factory testing
- Built to your load schedule & enclosure rating
- Site installation & commissioning included
What We Manufacture
Panel Types We Build
PCC Panels
Power Control Centre panels for main incoming power distribution.
MCC Panels
Motor Control Centre panels for centralised motor starting & protection.
APFC Panels
Automatic Power Factor Correction panels to cut reactive-power penalties.
Harmonic Suppression Panels
Filter panels that reduce harmonic distortion from VFD & non-linear loads.
Control & Relay Panels
Protection, control and relay logic panels for switchyards and plants.
Drive Panels
VFD/drive panels for precise motor speed & torque control.
Distribution Boards
Main & sub distribution boards built to load schedule and site standard.
Feeder Pillars
Outdoor feeder pillars for street lighting & distribution networks.
Phase Sequence Correction Panels
Panels that detect and correct incoming phase sequence automatically.
Custom Electrical Panels
Bespoke panel design & fabrication built to your exact specification.

Not Sure Which Panel?
Match Your Problem to the Right Panel
Poor power factor penalty on your bill?
An APFC Panel automatically corrects it and cuts the penalty.
Running several motors centrally?
An MCC Panel gives centralised starting, protection and control.
Need main incoming power distribution?
Start with a PCC Panel — the backbone that feeds your MCCs and sub-panels.
VFDs causing harmonic distortion?
A Harmonic Suppression Panel filters it out and protects sensitive equipment.
Need precise motor speed control?
A Drive Panel houses your VFDs for precise speed & torque control.
Wiring an outdoor lighting network?
A Feeder Pillar distributes power safely at the street/pole level.
Common Questions
Control Panels — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you manufacture panels to custom specifications?
Yes — beyond our standard PCC, MCC and APFC panel ranges, we design and fabricate custom electrical panels built exactly to your load schedule, enclosure rating and site standard.
What is an APFC panel and do I need one?
An Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel improves your electrical power factor, reducing reactive-power penalties on your electricity bill. It is recommended for any industrial or commercial site with a poor power factor.
Can you supply panels for an existing facility upgrade?
Yes — we regularly retrofit and replace panels in existing industrial and commercial facilities, working around your operational uptime requirements.
What testing is done before a panel leaves the factory?
Every panel undergoes factory acceptance testing — wiring continuity, insulation resistance, functional interlocks and, where applicable, routine type tests — before dispatch, with test reports handed over at commissioning.
What standards do your panels comply with?
Our panels are built to relevant IS/IEC standards for enclosure rating, busbar sizing and switchgear selection, and we can build to project-specific specifications where your consultant or client has additional requirements.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a custom panel?
Lead time depends on panel complexity and component availability, typically a few weeks from finalized drawings to factory testing. Share your load schedule and specification and we will confirm a delivery timeline.
